In my years of being a Loan consultant, I have dealt and done business with many realtors. Jim Ortman definitely goes the extra mile for his clients, and does everything to appease there every need. If you are looking to deal with a realtor who is honest, reliable, and on top of his game, then Jim is the guy for you. Since doing business with him I have referred several of my own family members to him for there home purchasing needs. He treats every client like they are his own family.

Mr Ortman is one of the best realtors I have worked with. I enjoy closing transactions with Jim because he is very professional and his clients are very infomred on every step of the transaction. This is important due to it makes my job easier at the end, when he has answered many of the hard questions upfront, that usually happens at the closing table. After many days of searching, we finally found a home that we fell in love with. Not only was it exactly what we were looking for but the service and kindness we received from Jim made this home buying experience a great one. Since the day we found the house and met Jim, he was nothing but helpful and understanding as we were making this big decision. Since this was his personal residence, his door was always open to come look around and he made a point that he would always be available to answer questions and give us any information we were looking for. Hello,
My name is Phil Miller. At thirty years old I encountered one of the hardest times of my life. I had bought a house 2 years earlier with my wife and unfotunately due to "irrencocilable differences" found myself going through a divorce. My wife and I were on the same page as to what we should do, we should sell the house to pay the bills off and start over in life, brand new, with a clean slate. Jim and I had worked together for over 2 years and in that time I came to know him as one of the most honest and trustworthy people I know. He really is the kind of friend that would take the shirt off his back for you, so it was a no brainer..... I would use him to sell my home. At first things seemed difficult, we wanted a quick sell, but needed a certain amount to be able to cover all the bills. Jim reminded me to be patient and that my house was worth what we were asking. It took us about two months and several sleepless nights wondering if we should have passed on some of the offers. Jim had wisely advised us to, when all of a sudden there was the offer we had been waiting for. Not only was Jim right to wait for the right deal, he did it because of what was best for us. He could have just been out for himself and the quick commission, but he stayed true and honest to us and got us the best deal possible. Going through a very trying time Jim made things easy for us. Starting over in life is hard enough as it is, but thanks to Jim we did it debt free.
My ex-wife and I both owe Jim a tremendous amount of gratitude and would definitely recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home. Buying or selling a home is one of the most crucual decisions in your life. Make sure whoever you use, even if it is not Jim, is of the utmost integrity and is always looking out for your best interest. By the way, if you ever get tired of looking for your own realtor, feel free to use mine, he is all of those things.
